Douwe Hoekstra has studied Economics and Languages. He was born in the Netherlands, but lived for many years in Brussels in Belgium. The past 19 years he has been living in Copenhagen.
He is a founding partner in a company called Solutionweb that offers websolution design, construction and operations.
His vision for the BBCS is to create an entrepreneurial platform for business opportunities and mutual inspiration in Denmark and Southern Sweden, and in future to do the same for Danish and Swedish companies doing business within the Benelux countries.
Douwe is married and has three kids.
