Network event 22 of September

An interesting lecture from High Performance Manager of the National Svimming Federation Lars Sorensen, followed by some effectful networking and a light buffet. 

Through a sympathetic and interesting presentation Lars Sorensen took BBCs members through the ten-year journey that the Danish Swimming Federation has been through.

With Lars Sorensen as one of the key persons on board, the Svimming Federation today embraces Denmark's third largest sport.

When Lars Sorensen became High Performance Manager in 2002, there were no expectations to win any medals, especially not within larger competitions such as the Olympic Games or the World Champion. Lars Sorensen and his new team put up some new target for the future within the organization. And today the High performance Swimmers in Denmark has won several medals at the Olympic Games as well as in wold cup, and is expected to win even more medals at the Olympics in London next year

After the event approximately 25 participants had the opportunity to network actively.

And most of the group stayed until the end at 20.30
